Basmati rice : 3 cup
Egg : 2 nos
Garlic: 3 pods
Soy sauce: 2 tbs
Green peas : 1/4 cup
Pepper Powder : 2 tsp
salt: to taste
Oil: 3 tsp
- Cook the peas and carrot at first.
- Cook the rice and let it cool once it get room temperature keep it refrigerated.
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Pour the egg and fry for 2 minutes, scramble the egg while it cooks.
Step 2: add the crushed garlic and rice.stir well
Step 3: add the cooked peas and carrot to the rice.stir well
Step4 : add the soy sauce Salt and Pepper powder..Stir well and cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes in low flame...
The Delicious egg fried rice is ready to have have it with Chili chicken...
- Refrigerate the coked rice.Refrigerated rice won't stick together while cooking
- Soy sauce have a salty flavor so check before adding the salt..
- If u get a chance to buy white pepper powder use that..It will give more flavour.
