Egg Fried Rice


If you are hungry and running out of time,the easy dish you can prepare is "Fried-rice"..Nowadays with the help of microwave oven the job is so simple..You don't need to prepare any curry; add some flavor to the rice and have it with ketchup..This egg fried rice is such a simple dish..Another thing is that it is goof with any kind of non-veg entries. This recipe is good to try at any time and any occasion...Especially if you are preparing food for guests, it is a good choice..today i prepared this for our chili chicken.imagine chilichicken with egg fried rice...mouthwatering...Don't forget too try this simple recipe.

Ingredients
 
Basmati rice : 3 cup
Egg : 2 nos
Garlic: 3 pods
Soy sauce: 2 tbs
Green peas : 1/4 cup
Carrot:1/4 cup
Pepper Powder : 2 tsp
salt: to taste
Oil: 3 tsp

Preparation
  • Cook the peas and carrot at first. 
  • Cook the rice and let it cool once it get room temperature keep it refrigerated.

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Pour the egg and fry for 2 minutes, scramble the egg while it cooks.

Step 2: add the crushed garlic and rice.stir well

Step 3: add  the cooked peas and carrot to the rice.stir well

Step4 : add the soy sauce Salt and Pepper powder..Stir well and cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes in low flame...

The Delicious egg fried rice is ready to have have it with Chili chicken...

Cook's tip
  • Refrigerate the coked rice.Refrigerated rice won't stick together while cooking
  • Soy sauce have a salty flavor so check before adding the salt..
  • If u get a chance to buy white pepper powder use that..It will give more flavour.
